The Ganesh Project #GG1

The beginning

I'm starting something new: a personal email series called The Ganesh Project.

Hi,

I'm starting something new: a personal email series called The Ganesh Project.

Here's the idea: once every 7 to 15 days, I'll send a short email about what I'm building, what I'm working on, what I'm failing at, and what I'm learning.

You're getting this because I've met you (in person or virtually) and you're someone I admire, have a lot to learn from, aspire to work with, or who has simply achieved a lot and done it in a way I respect. This is a small, handpicked list of 18 people. You're on it on purpose.

This is issue #GG1, welcome to The Ganesh Project

My goal for the next 6 months: a B2B productized service : something repeatable I can sell to multiple clients, instead of building one-off projects each time.

What I do right now: AI product MVPs for startups, and AI solutions for enterprises.

What I'm failing at immediately: how to reach the people who actually need it?

My goals from this are:

  1. A LOT of guidance
  2. Networking: if you see I'm working on something relevant, you may be able to introduce me to people in your network or point me in the right direction

It's an honor that I get to email (or, sometimes, talk to) someone like you at this stage of what I'm building.

Talk soon, Ganesh

FAQs

Is this sales or marketing?

No, this is purely for the purpose of guidance, networking, and avoiding mistakes I don't have to make the hard way.

Is it AI-generated?

No. I write these myself.

Is it spam?

No, I'm starting with 18 people, and I intend to keep this list small and handpicked rather than growing it.

Do I need to reply?

Never expected. A one-line reply, an intro, or total silence are all completely fine.

How often will this land in my inbox?

Roughly every 7 to 15 days, only when there's something real to say.

Can I opt out?

Of course, just reply with "opt out" and I'll take you off the list immediately, no questions asked.

Why me, specifically?

Because we've actually met, and because you're someone whose judgment, path, or work I respect. This isn't a cold list.
